Shipping Information

Shipment via courier company:

Your order is collected the day after you have placed it. Once it is handed to the courier company you receive an update both via e-mail and sms, with the tracking number and the details of your order.

For a limited amount of time, shipping costs for Greece are free for orders over 49.

In case you wish to pay with bank deposit, we will have to confirm your payment before moving forward with processing and shipping your order.
To track your order you can contact ACS by telephone or use the Track & Trace service by clicking here using the tracking code we sent you.

Order pick-up from our facilities:

You have the option of receiving your order from our facilities in Kifissia, 9 Andrea Metaxa st, 14564. For this to be possible, your order must have been paid via bank transfer, credit card or paypal. You cannot pay by cash during pick-up and you cannot make purchases on site.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. You can visit our facilities Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:00.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary one business day after the courier company has received the order, up to 4 business days for delivery in Attica, 4-5 business days for mainland Greece, 5-6 business days for the Greek Islands and up to 8 business days for inaccessible areas.

Our orders are being delivered by the courier company Monday-Friday 8.30 am – 17.30 pm.

Above delivery times are incative and may be differentiated in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Yalco is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products of your order, which are not due to its fault or are related to events of force majeure, such as strikes, problems in the road network, severe weather phenomena.


Damage-Breakage

In case of damage or breakage upon delivery of your order, please inform us within 48 hours by email at help@ionia.gr or at 210 6299 888 in order for us to take the appropriate measures.
