Orders
  • How can I order a product?

    Find the products you are interested in through the search bar or from the various themed pages. Click on the ADD TO CART link below the product you are interested in and it will be added to your shopping cart.

    By completing your selection and clicking on the cart icon on the top right of your page, you can either select CHECKOUT to proceed with the payment and registration of the order in our system, or BACK TO CART in case you want to modify your order.

    To complete your order, select CHECKOUT, fill in the necessary information, select the desired payment method and click again on the CHECKOUT link to register your order in the system.

    Alternatively you can place your order by phone at +30 210 6299 888 Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 or, you can email us the product codes of the items you wish to order at [email protected] along with the shipping information.
  • Where is your store located?

    We do not have a physical store from which you can pick up your order. The products that you will find in our eshop can be shipped directly to your address.
  • Which are the available payment methods?

    There are several payment methods you can pay for your order, such as:
    • Credit/debit or prepaid card.
    • PayPal
    • Bank account deposit and fee
    • Cash on delivery with a small charge.

  • How can I save products in my account?

    By clicking on the heart near the product title you can save it in your "Favorites". Products that are out of stock can not be added to your "Favorites".
  • Has my order been completed?

    Right after the completion of your order you will see a confirmation message on your screen and you will receive an informative email with all the details of your order including its code, which we advise you to save. If you do not receive either of the two after completing your order, please contact us.
  • A product is missing from my order. What can be done?

    At ionia.gr we are very careful at offering our clients immediate and proper service. If you however find an omission in your order you have the following options:
    • Send us an e-mail at [email protected], where you will indicate the order code or in what name the registration has been made and of course the mistake that has been made.
    • Talk to one of our vendors Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 at +30 210 6299 888.
  • How can I be informed which stage my order is in?

    On your account page you can browse your order history, where you can see the status of your current order at any time.

  • How can I be informed which stage my order is in?

    Order cancellation is done in two ways. In any case you will need to indicate the order number or if you have not kept it, the name and the date on which it was placed. The ways are:

    • By e-mail to [email protected] writing ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject of the message.
    • By calling at +30 210 6299 888.

    * Cancellation of an order can be done before the stage of packaging and delivery to the courier company.
  • Can I return a faulty item?

    Ionia.gr makes sure the quality of its products is guaranteed and this starts from our cooperation with our suppliers and permeates the entire operation of the company. If you still receive a defective product you can contact the company by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +30 210 6299 888 09:00-17:00.
  • My order is a gift for someone. Can I get it gift wrapped?

    Very soon, our e-shop will offer gift wrapping for your orders.
  • The product I ordered is not the same color as what I saw in the screen. Why?

    Color display among different screens differs and the resolution of each device may slightly alter the hue of the product. The photos that accompany the products in ionia.gr have been created by the companies in order to render the real shades as faithfully as possible.
Shipping and deliveries
  • What are the shipping methods of products?

    The shipment is made through a courier company (ACS Courier), through ELTA mail and through a conventional transport company.
Returns and credit
  • Can I return a product?

    Of course, you have the right to withdraw within fifteen (15) working days of receiving the product.

    However, some conditions must be met for this purpose, which you can see here.

  • How can I find a product?

    You can find any product you want in two ways:

    • Through the menu at the top of the page you can browse all product categories and select the one you want. Then click on the product you are interested in to get more information about it. Otherwise, by clicking ADD TO CART under each product you add it to your shopping cart.

    • From the SEARCH option at the top center of the pages. Do a search based on the criteria of your choice.

    If you are interested in a product that is temporarily out of stock, you can find out about its availability by clicking on the I'M INTERESTED button on the product page and entering your email.

  • What if I can't locate the product I'm interested in?

    If despite searching on the site you have not been able to find the product you want, you can order it (if said product is available for order) via email at [email protected], or through calling one of our sellers at +30 210 6299 888, Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.
  • What is a shopping cart?

    A shopping cart is just like a shopping basket in a regular store. You can use the ADD TO CART button to place any product you are interested in buying, but also remove it with the DELETE button.

    Just because you have a product in your cart does not mean you have bought it. Follow a short process until it becomes yours. You have the opportunity to see what you have chosen and how much each one costs separately and in total.

  • How can I create an account?

    To create an account you will register as a new member clicking on the right side of the menu by filling in your details on the form. Your email will be used as a username. You can also create an account using your Facebook or Google account information.

    If you do not wish to create an account, you can place an order as a guest.

    If you create an account, you will have the opportunity to create your Personal Profile & state your preferences to receive news, offers and updates for products that meet your needs & desires! You will also have access to your order history & you will be able to monitor their progress at any time.

    If you complete your orders as a "Visitor", then you will not have access to the above services of the eshop of ionia.gr.

  • I forgot my password. What can I do?

    By clicking on your account icon, under the login field, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. There, fill in the email with which you have registered in order to be sent a link to recover your password.

    If you receive your personal password reminder email without requesting it, please contact us immediately.
  • Can I change any of my personal details in my account?

    You can modify your personal information that you have stated when creating your account at any given time.

    Just log in to ionia.gr with the email & password you stated during your registration and go to your account page where you can view and modify all your details.
  • How can I receive news and offers from ionia.gr?

    You can receive our newsletters by stating your email in the NEWSLETTER field at the bottom right of our page.
