Return Policy

Our main concern at IONIA is for you to feel safe with your purchase and in order for you to be happy with your new acquisitions and that is why we follow a flexible return policy, always in accordance with existing legislation. If you received a defective product, or an error was made in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request its replacement or a refund of the money you provided, as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

1.  Product returns can be accepted within  15 calendar days   from the date of delivery.
2.  The product must have been purchased exclusively through 
ionia.gr.
3.  In no case can a product be accepted not in its original state. This means that the product must:

a. Not to be washed
b. Not to have been used in any way
c. Have all his labels / stickers and
d. Have an intact packaging.

4.  The defective product is replaced only with the same product.

Return Procedure


A. In case of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order   (if for example you received a product other than the one you ordered) to complete the return of the item and provided that the above conditions are met:
1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. In case of a defective product,   it is necessary to send us a photo   of the item at 
help@ionia.gr  so that we can have a clear picture of the issue.
3. Download the Return Form here, fill it out and e-mail it to us at 
[email protected].
4. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment, preferably with the materials of its original packaging.
5. In case the product has a defect or you have received the wrong item, send the parcel  using the same shipping method that was used to deliver it to you, ie: a) with 
ACS courier and recipient's charge. Or b) after communication with the shipping company that delivered your order. The delivery address is:  Ecommerce Department 9YALCO Andrea Metaxa 9, Kifisia, 14564 Athens.

Β. In case you want to return a product because you changed your mind,  and if the above conditions are met, you can choose any shipping company you wish, as the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer and not IONIA.

In that case, the following steps apply:
1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. Download the Return Form here, fill it out and e-mail it to us at 
[email protected].
3. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment, preferably with the materials of its original packaging.
4. Send the parcel with the 
Courier/shipping company of your choice.
