Payment Methods

The products come to your address by courier and you pay your order during the time of delivery. This service is only available in Greece, and there's an additional charge of 2,50€.

Credit, debit or prepaid card

All orders via credit, debit or prepaid card are processed through Alpha Bank, in the bank’s own completely safe, encrypted and controlled environment, to ensure the confidentiality of the transaction data and your personal information. Your credit card details will not be accessible by third parties in any way.

PayPal is the most well-known and reliable intermediary for online transactions, meaning your data and credit card information are never accessed by any third party, as the whole process is done through the secure environment of PayPal.

Deposit the full amount, within 48 hours, to one of the following bank accounts. Please add your Name & Order Number as a note to the transaction!

After your deposit, send us the receipt to help@ionia.gr so that we can fulfill your order as soon as possible.

In the event the payment is not completed within the given time frame your order will, unfortunately, be cancelled.
