Maintenance Tips
- Wash your crystal glasses by hand with lukewarm water.
- It is important to position them in such a way that they do not come into contact with each other, which can cause breakage.
- Avoid hot water as well as sudden temperature changes.
- Do not leave them wet for a long time. After washing, drain them and wipe them with a soft towel.
- The drying towel should not remain wet as it sticks to the crystal and increases the chance of breakage during wiping.
- Do not rub gold or platinum decorated crystal glasses on their gold-plated parts, and do not wipe them when they are too hot as it is possible to remove the metal decoration.
- If red wine stains occur, add a tablespoon of white vinegar along with warm water and detergent when cleaning.
- Pay attention to the glasses with a special shape or crowning on the rim, because they are very vulnerable to bumps or falls.
