Maintenance Tips

Hand washing

  • Use lukewarm to warm water, neutral soap and a soft sponge or cloth.
  • To maintain or restore the original shine and remove any stains caused by improper washing, use a soft cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol.
  • Be especially careful with knives. Due to their serrated edge, they are more sensitive to oxidation and must dry immediately after washing.
  • After each use, remove food debris from coming to contact with cutlery.

Dishwasher

  • Avoid soaps and detergents.
  • Place all the cutlery in the washing machine basket with the handles facing down and separate the knives from the rest.
We recommend that after each wash, all cutlery is taken out of the dishwasher and dried immediately with a soft cloth.
  • Maintain some distance from other metal objects during washing.
  • To maintain or restore the original shine and remove any stains caused by improper washing, use a soft cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol.

  • Belo Inox cutlery that uses special materials and finishes, such as PVD, gold, silver and others, must be machine-washable. In addition to all the washing machine recommendations, if the Belo Inox set has a special finish, it should be washed at temperatures below 60 degrees and use detergents with phosphate levels below 10%.
  • In resin cutlery, like the NEO model, the natural color of the handle can be rejuvenated by moisturizing it with butter lotion. Belo Inox cutlery is made with high quality raw materials and with the right care in order to keep them in their original condition for several years.
  • Belo Inox offers a 2-year warranty on all cutlery sets, as there are no signs of mistreatment and all care and storage recommendations have been followed. In such cases, your set will be replaced at no extra cost.
Do not store your cutlery in places with high humidity.
