Maintenance Tips
Hand washing
- Use lukewarm to warm water, neutral soap and a soft sponge or cloth.
- To maintain or restore the original shine and remove any stains caused by improper washing, use a soft cloth with a few drops of lemon juice or ethyl alcohol.
- Be especially careful with knives. Due to their serrated edge, they are more sensitive to oxidation and must dry immediately after washing.
- After each use, remove food debris from coming to contact with cutlery.
Dishwasher
- Avoid soaps and detergents.
- Place all the cutlery in the washing machine basket with the handles facing down and separate the knives from the rest.
We recommend that after each wash, all cutlery is taken out of the dishwasher and dried immediately with a soft cloth. - Maintain some distance from other metal objects during washing.
